Well, it’s been a while since we’ve sent out a JINK—has your summer been as busy as ours? Well while the temperatures tell us it's still summer, the calendar here in So Cal says it’s “Back to School Time”. No matter what store I’m in, I find myself drawn to the new crayons aisle—remember the smell when you open a new box of crayons—all these years later…I still love that smell.
Another favorite is the smell of new stamps—the wood, the rubber, aaahhh—love it! We’ve got some great new images with that “new stamp” smell. To start with check out these little cuties…patterned after traditional Japanese Kokeshi dolls. Originally from Northern Japan these dolls were toys for farmer’s children. Today they’ve become a famous Japanese handi-craft and are great collectibles. JudiKins has six different dolls to choose from—or get them all, they’re just so darn cute! I think you’ll be inspired by some of the card samples featured in this Jink.

What's next on the Calendar? Stempel Mekka in Hagan, Germany on September 12 and 13. Ya know, the land of yummy Pflaumenkuchen (Plum Cake) and great rubber stamps! We’d love to see as many of you as possible. One of the things we love best about traveling so much is that we get to meet our great customers…so please come see us if we come to your area. The next event is the weekend of September 26th. We'll be in two different locations. Spokane, WA and San Jose, CA. Too much fun!! Come on out and see what we're up to!
