Card Project
Two Cuties and a Good Luck Kitty

A Study of pInk

  • Stamp Good Luck Kitty (2177E) with black Stazon ink on white cardstock.
  • Create a mask by stamping Good Luck Kitty a second time (without re-inking) on Eclipse Tape.** Cut out place Good Luck Kitty mask over first stamped Good Luck Kitty.
  • Stamp Ponytail Girl (3463E) on left side of Good Lucky Kitty with black Stazon ink—overlapping Good Luck Kitty slightly.
  • Stamp Dancing Girl (3467E) on right side of Good Luck Kitty—overlapping slightly.
  • Remove Good Luck Kitty mask and color Good Luck Kitty and Girls with markers of choice.
  • Cut out in one piece. Set aside.
  • To create the background, apply 2-3 drops of Marvy Bubble Gum colored reinker and 2-3 drops of Mica Gloss Pearl ink on a pallet that is made from sheet of Shrink Plastic.
  • Using a Brayer, randomly spread the colos onto a MatteKote postcard by pulling the brayer in short strokes over the entire card. Use a heat gun to dry completely (about 3 minutes).
  • Gold emboss the Mince Floral Swag (2974H) on this pink panel.
  • Adhere the Two Cuties and a Cat layer to the pink matte panel with Mosaic Tape.
  • Crop and layer onto a brown notecard.
